Hamster Helper Spotlight Competition Rules

How to Enter

  1. Post a picture or video on Instagram or Facebook featuring your Hamster Helper order.
  2. Tag Hamster Helper in your post or story for your entry to be counted.
  3. Each order qualifies for one entry.

Entry Guidelines

  1. While it’s not required, I encourage you to include your pet in your photo or video! For example, show your hamster, mouse, rat, gerbil etc interacting with a treat, toy, or enrichment item.
  2. If your product isn’t interactable, feel free to get creative and include your pet in the picture in any way you’d like, or simply feature your order if that feels more comfortable.

Winner Selection

  1. On the 1st of each month, I’ll enter all valid entries into a random draw using wheelofnames.com, a GDPR-compliant random generator.
  2. I’ll share the spinning wheel and the winner announcement on Hamster Helper’s social media pages, so you can see the process for yourself.

Prize

The monthly winner will receive:

  • A mini Perfect Puffs mix (organic puffed brown rice, organic puffed millet, organic puffed buckwheat).
  • A mini Very Veggie mix (grains and dried vegetables).
  • A mini Seed Sensation mix (a variety of seeds).
    The prize will be sent free of charge within the UK.

Eligibility

  1. This competition is open to UK customers aged 18+ who have made a purchase from Hamster Helper.
  2. If I’m unable to verify that you’ve made a legitimate order via your tagged post, I will contact you on social media to confirm your order details. (This won’t confirm your entry, but ensures fairness in the draw.)
  3. If your social media account is private, I won’t be able to see your tagged post. You’re welcome to DM me so I don’t miss it!

Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, you agree that I may share your tagged photo or video on Hamster Helper’s social media pages (stories or feed).
  2. Only one entry per order is allowed. If you place multiple orders in the same month and post separate entries for each, they will each qualify for the draw.
  3. Entries must be unique and cannot be reused across multiple months. If your post features an older order, it won’t qualify unless it’s a new purchase.
  4. Inappropriate or harmful posts will be disqualified at my discretion.
