Do I need to freeze or bake the things I buy from you?

The answer to this is mostly no. I take the time to freeze or bake all substrates and food items before they’re sent to you. This gives you peace of mind and saves you time, allowing you to use your things straight out of the bag or box. There are only a couple of exceptions. Slates should be washed first because they get chalky in transit, plastic and terracotta pots are not treated but they are also brand new so unlikely to be harbouring anything nasty. Microgreen seeds are not treated, but treating them would probably impact their ability to grow.

I meant to add something else to my order can I change it to avoid extra delivery fees?

Provided your order hasn't been sent yet, I'm happy to help you add things to your order if you forgot to add something on. If you contact me I'll let you know if your order can be changed.

Which company do you use for postage?

I use Royal Mail 1st class and I keep the posting certificates which show when the item has been delivered.

Is everything you sell safe for hamsters?

Yes. Everything I sell is safe for hamsters. Also I only sell things that I have used with my own hamster repeatedly.
