This mix is chock full of hamster friendly proteins. The pouch contains crickets, mealworms, whole grain barley, naked whole oats, golden linseeds (flax), pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. The mix weighs 145g and will last a good while! 

How to use the protein powerhouse pouch with your hamster

This mix is perfect for sprinkling into some forage for your hamster to collect. It's a good addition to dig boxes, or just to sprinkle around your hamster's enclosure for them to seek out. Only feed half a teaspoon at a time every few days to avoid overfeeding.

Is the protein powerhouse pouch treat mix hamster safe?

Yes! Many hamsters love mealworms and crickets are often a new and exciting treat for a hamster.
