How do you grow the sunflower for your hamster?

Sunflower microgreens are quick to sprout and grow chunky little leaves your hamster will love to nibble on. Add soil to your pot, sprinkle in the sunflower seeds, top with more soil, and water daily. You’ll start to see action in just a few days! Is the sunflower kit safe for my hamster?

Yes! Sunflower greens are a fab enrichment food packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. These aren’t the same as sunflower seeds (which should be fed sparingly) – these are the leafy sprouts, which are much lower in fat. The soil is fully safe and prepared just for hammies no nasties, no bugs, no stress.
