What are sunflower heads?

These dried sunflower tops are completely natural and packed with seeds your hamster will love. They’re great for enrichment and make stunning cage decor. Each one weighs between 75g and 100g they are huge!

Place the whole head in your hamster’s enclosure or offer it in a playpen for a special foraging session.

Are sunflower heads safe for hamsters?

Yes! Sunflower seeds are safe for all hamsters when given in moderation. For dwarf hamsters, limit seed access to avoid excess fat intake.

How long will sunflower heads last? 

Depends on your hamster’s determination! Some strip them quickly, others take weeks to work through the seeds.
