Hamster Halloween Ghost Chew

A tiny handmade ghost for your hamster to investigate, chew and completely destroy. Each ghost is made from hamster-safe paper and twine, with a crunchy puffed-grain centre hidden inside to reward curious hamsters for tearing their way in.

As each ghost is made by hand, its exact shape and expression may vary slightly. Every member of the tiny ghost army has their own personality.

What’s Inside the Halloween Ghost Chew?

The centre contains a mixture of:

• Puffed brown rice
• Puffed buckwheat
• Puffed spelt
• Puffed oats
• Puffed millet
• Puffed amaranth

The grains have already been through a heated puffing process, so the ghost can be given to your hamster straight away.

Is the Ghost Chew Safe for Hamsters?

The ghost is made using hamster-safe paper and twine, with no plastic or metal components. It is suitable for Syrian, dwarf, Chinese and Roborovski hamsters.

The chew is designed to be torn apart, but as with any destructible toy, check it regularly and remove it if it becomes wet or soiled. Remove or trim any long, loose pieces of twine created during enthusiastic ghost destruction.

How to Use the Ghost Chew

Place the ghost inside your hamster’s enclosure and allow them to investigate it in their own time. They can chew through the paper, pull it apart and forage for the puffed grains hidden inside.

The paper can also become useful nesting material once your hamster has completed the haunting.

Store in a cool, dry place until use.
