Ghost Guts contains:

• Puffed brown rice
• Puffed buckwheat
• Puffed spelt
• Puffed oats
• Puffed millet
• Puffed amaranth
• Safflower seeds
• Natural sesame seeds
• Sunflower hearts
• Freeze-dried cauliflower

The puffed grains make this a particularly light and crunchy mixture, while the seeds and cauliflower give your hamster plenty of different pieces to investigate, collect and pouch.

Is Ghost Guts Suitable for Hamsters?

Ghost Guts is suitable for Syrian, dwarf, Chinese and Roborovski hamsters.

The ingredients have either been pre-frozen for safety or have already been through a heating or freeze-drying process. The mix can therefore be used straight from the pouch.

How to Use Ghost Guts

Sprinkle a small amount around your hamster’s enclosure or forage areas to encourage natural searching and collecting behaviour. You can also offer individual pieces by hand or add some to homemade boredom breakers.

As this is a complementary treat mix rather than a complete food, it should be offered alongside your hamster’s usual balanced diet.
